Returns & Exchanges

At PeachyBbies, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimates and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original bags.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
